Refund policy

We understand that there may be instances where a refund or exchange is necessary, such as:

  1. Non-delivery of the product due to unforeseeable reasons
  2. Major defects as a result of delivery handling
  3. Missing or incomplete items

We strongly encourage that you inspect the products at the time of delivery to ensure all items are correct, accounted for, and undamaged. 

  • If your order meets any of the conditions above, contact us within twelve (12) hours after delivery and we will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
  • We require that you send us a picture of the sales invoice that arrived with your order and documentation (photos/videos) otherwise your request will be considered ineligible for refund or exchange.
  • We do not offer refunds on delivery fees except in the case of non-delivery. 
  • We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the request was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@hellagood.ph.
